As part of a doctoral delegation led by the Dean of Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology, Siphokazi Ntetha was part of a 10 day immersion to gain experiential understanding of the cultural, socioeconomic, alternative political and distribution systems, and the global significance of four cities visited in China (Beijing, Xi’an, Guilin, & Shanghai). In collaboration with the Dean and some professors at Pepperdine University, Siphokazi presented her personal reflections of the trip through the lens of global leadership at the International Organization of Social and Behavioral Science Conference in Texas.

In collaboration with Global Region Connectors – Dr. Noushin Bayat (Southern California) and Nathi Khoza (South Africa), we co-facilitated a roundtable discussion with Dr. Eric Hamilton and Leslie Solomon at the International Studying Leadership Conference held at the University of Edinburgh’s School of Business in Scotland. Our topic focused on democratizing access to heroism in leadership. We reflect on five focus areas: Nation-building, Healthcare Industry, Participatory Learning in STEM, Human Resources, and Executive Coaching.
