Our contribution

Our cafe and library are open learning spaces that offer leadership education and knowledge. These insights are co-created with leaders from all parts of the world. We offer knowledge on leadership from the lived experiences of emerging leaders and create educational content founded on emergent leadership practice and theory. We design programs, deliver webinars, and lead conversations on leadership education concerning emerging leaders.

We design a battery of psychological assessments to gain insights on leadership aspects such as cognition, emotional intelligence and personality to start the development conversation. Our development process is guided by how well we understand problems, solutions, the people and organizations involved. We believe that leaders have innate greatness within them, and our job is to create learning experiences that allows that greatness to emerge. Our approach blends both inside and outside classroom learning where the learner takes the ownership of their own development.

We offer support to organizations on strategies, processes, and practices that grow emerging leaders within your organization. This includes high potential talent strategy, transforming conflict in teams, and specialized learning programs within the organization.
