The Connecting Greatness Organization was founded to support people in finding and understanding their innate greatness that energizes them to contribute to, and influence life within and beyond traditional work spaces. I am a scholar-practitioner at heart, and have had the amazing opportunity to live and work in different parts of the world through the eyes of a global learner and leader, which I am excited to share with you. Connecting Greatness is evolving as a leading contemporary learning space for the non-traditional leader to unlearn, learn, and relearn what is necessary for them to be great. It is here to foster new leadership discourse and impact the social science of leadership, worldwide. With headquarters in South Africa, and partners in California and China, we are at the center of major economic shifts, innovation, and bustling possibility.
